• Flight travel costs covered by the organizer (per company/organization).
• Complimentary accommodation:
• night stay for 6 meetings and above (check-in and check-out between November 24-26, 2026)
• 2 nights stay for 12 meetings and above (check-in and check-out between November 24-26, 2026)
• Exclusive access to the Matchmaking platform to facilitate procurement meetings.
• Access to the Buyer Lounge.
• Complimentary coffee break and lunch.

***all above Business Matching programme benefits number 1-7, or either hotel accommodation or flight travel cost will be only provided once you have completed 6 onsite meetings at least.

RULES AND REGULATIONS

• Related company (nature of business or one of business units) in the industrial ecosystem which can be suited for ordering/buying products or services from the show exhibitor(s).
• Level of purchasing or decision-making authority or any other related job title who able to have business conversation/interaction.
• Qualified and confirmed eligible buyer will be notified within 3-5 working days ONLY by the organizer’s email.
• Your company or the subsidiary companies MUST NOT be an EXHIBITOR of the DigiTech ASEAN Thailand & AI Connect 2026
• Applications without attaching a photocopy of the applicant’s business card will not be processed.
• Each company is entitled to ONLY ONE OFFER OF REIMBURSEMENT. This offer is available on a first-come-first-served basis.
• You must visit the fair at least 1 day and complete 6 onsite meetings during 25-27 November 2026 in order to qualify for 1 night hotel.
• You must visit the fair 2 days and complete 12 onsite meetings (6 onsite meetings per day, 12 onsite meetings in 2 days) during 25-27 November 2026 in order to qualify for 2 nights hotel.
• IMPACT Exhibition Management Co., Ltd. reserves the right to reject any reimbursement requests should there be any informational discrepancies on the passport and air ticket.
• IMPACT Exhibition Management Co., Ltd. reserves the rights to vary the terms and conditions, change or terminate the sponsorship programme without any prior notice. In case of any disputes over the programme, the decision of IMPACT Exhibition Management Co., Ltd. shall be final and binding.
